I woke up one winter Saturday to my furnace not working. I called and within 20-25 minutes a technician was at my house. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. I don't know how much they cost compared to other companies because this was the first time I've had to have furnace repairs. But I can tell you the cost was about what I expected it to be.

Todd came out for an estimate on a Saturday with an excessive heat advisory. He gave me a better than average estimate and to top it off he offered to loan me a portable a.c. to get through the heat until they could do the install. The guys came out Thursday for the install. They were very professional and very friendly. They did a great job in a timely fashion. And when they left they had left the surrounding areas in the same condition it was when they got here. They even accidentally let one of my dogs out but caught her immediately, we can't even do that, normally when she gets out it's a free for all for her.
